Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Diamond and JTN Signature?
Diamond is a full interior and exterior detail with clay bar and a 6–12 month sealant. JTN Signature adds paint decontamination, a 1-step machine polish for gloss and light swirl removal, and a full interior shampoo.
Is the engine bay included?
No. Engine bay cleaning is a $75 add-on you can add to any package.
Do you clean the glove box and center console?
Yes, in the Interior Detail, Diamond and JTN Signature packages, as long as they're empty of valuables. If personal items are inside, we leave them alone.
Why might my price be higher than the starting price?
Starting prices assume normal condition. Heavy pet hair, deep salt stains, sap or road paint take extra time. We inspect first and won't charge for anything extra without your OK.
Do you charge to travel?
Mobile service in the Tri-Cities is our home area. For farther areas a travel fee may apply, and we'll tell you upfront when you book.
